The realization that a place no longer suits you is a difficult one when you've become attached to it.  Slowly you pull away from it, and the distance gives it a harsh new light.  It hurts my eyes... the eyes are a window to the soul Been a long and difficult week.  There is a dense and heavy fog swriling around the city today, swallowing up areas at will.  Hopefully its clearing tomorrow will trigger a clearing of things for me as well. I wanted to go out and take photos in the beautiful fog this afternoon, but I was too ill.  I have put one in my scraps here. I couldn't decide if I liked it enough to put it in my gallery. Have you ever had someone do and or say something to you that completely made you re-evaluate everything you thought you knew about them as a person? I suppose in some ways it's good, but in others it's really depressing and unsettling. :( I really want to see Sarah Harmer again. I got my hard copies of the photo with me and Hawksley Workman when I met him a while ago.  That's cool.  It was really nice to meet him, but I didn't really get to talk to him much.  Would have liked to get past the persona and hear his thoughts...sometimes though, that's all bad.  Maybe it's good that I didn't. Still working on quitting smoking.  It sucks. gah
