Oh I love stormy shots, or in this case, almost stormy?
The shadows at the bottom of the buildings really add to that feeling of foreboding.

thanks :) yes, I suppose it's almost stormy--it had been raining, and then changed to trying to rain but with small breaks of light in the sky...I think it rained later, but I can't remember (it's been raining here a lot haha)
